2026 Webcasting License - Early Bird Rate
A webcasting license is an additional license that allows a business to stream a funeral service – including the songs played during the service – on their website, without violating copyright laws. You can purchase a webcasting license for $65 per URL/website address. This is the early bird rate and will increase February 1, 2026. This webcasting license covers ONLY those artists/songs in the catalogs of ASCAP, BMI, and SESAC.
Please note: You must have a music license before you purchase a webcasting license.
