A Cemetery location membership is a regular (voting) member that owns, controls, or manages a cemetery, mausoleum or columbarium for the memorialization and final disposition of human remains. A Municipal Cemetery is a regular (voting) member cemetery that is owned, operated, controlled, or managed by a municipality or state. 

A Crematory location membership is a regular (voting) member that controls, owns, manages, or operates a crematory for human remains and provides the services directly to the public.

A Funeral Home location membership is a regular (voting) member that owns, controls, or manages a funeral home for the memorialization and final disposition of human remains. A Pet Loss Professionals Alliance (PLPA) location membership is a non-voting member that controls, owns, or manages a cemetery, funeral home, crematory, mausoleum or columbarium for the memorialization and final disposition of pet remains. This membership is also for those who sell directly to the public.

A Professional location membership is a non-voting member that provides services to a regular member. This membership category typically includes consulting services, lawyers, etc.

A Supplier location membership is a non-voting member that provides goods to a regular member and does not sell directly to the public.

If this membership is selected, your membership application will be reviewed, so please use your veterinary's contact information/e-mail address as this will speed up the reviewing process. A Veterinarian Subscriber is a non-voting membership for a veterinary establishment.

An Allied location membership is a regular non-voting member not organized as a cemetery, crematory, funeral home, or supplier/professional. Typically, this membership is for those who sell retail to the general public.

The Faculty membership is a non-voting membership for an individual employed at an accredited mortuary science program/college/university.

This membership is dependent on an active Allied Member membership. You must be a part of an ICCFA Allied Member company to purchase. An Allied Associate membership is an additional membership tied to an ICCFA company membership that provides an employee of that company their own copy of all mailings including ICCFA's Memento Mori magazine. This is a non-voting membership; not eligible to vote in the annual ICCFA Board of Directors elections.

This membership is dependent on an active Allied Member membership. You must be a part of an ICCFA Allied Member company to purchase. An Allied Individual membership is an additional membership tied to an ICCFA company membership that provides an employee of that company their own copy of all mailings including the ICCFA's Memento Mori magazine.
