2026 Webcasting License

A webcasting license is an additional license that allows a business to stream a funeral service – including the songs played during the service – on their website, without violating copyright laws. This webcasting license covers ONLY those artists/songs in the catalogs of ASCAP, BMI, and SESAC. If you have multiple locations that use the same website URL, you only need to purchase one. A webcast license is $70 per website URL.
